Training and Support

Initial and ongoing training of franchise owners is a basic ingredient of our system and covers drama principles, program knowledge, sales and marketing, and business management. Training begins with a home study preparation program. This initial pre-training includes the necessary steps to start up your new business.  New franchisees then attend our New Owner Training, a comprehensive 1-week classroom training session conducted in Mumbai.  Training is then reinforced with an on-location visit by us to help boost your initial marketing results and help you kick off your first classes. Our support of your business continues with 24-hour phone and email support, regional meetings, and our annual conferences are always a highlight each year and a perfect way to connect with us.
